Dr. Ali Bahrani is a board-certified internal medicine physician with more than 18 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care. Throughout his career, he has diagnosed and treated over 60,000 patients across a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, both in hospital settings and private practice. He is known for his attentive bedside manner, dedication to detail, and commitment to achieving successful outcomes, even in complex cases.

For the past 15 years, Dr. Bahrani has served at Medical City Green Oaks Hospital, including the last decade as Director of Internal Medicine. In this role, he has provided both leadership and hands-on care, managing complex medical conditions with expertise. His service has been recognized with the Employees’ Choice Award (2017) and the First Humanitarian Award (2019).

Earlier in his career, Dr. Bahrani served as an emergency room physician at the Veterans Affairs Hospital, developing treatment plans that promoted recovery for patients with urgent and complex needs. He also worked at Presbyterian Hospitals of Dallas and Allen, focusing on acute conditions such as stroke, myocardial infarction, and COPD exacerbations.

In addition to internal medicine, Dr. Bahrani has extensive training in medical aesthetics. At Quality Care Internal Medicine & MedSpa, he and his team provide advanced treatments including injectables, laser therapies, and Hydrafacials using the latest technology, innovative methods, and high-quality products. His goal is to help patients not only improve their health but also feel refreshed, confident, and rejuvenated.

Dr. Bahrani earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch (2006), where he was recognized for the Best Scientific Research Presentation (2003). He completed his internal medicine residency at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Southern Methodist University, where he studied on a full academic scholarship.
